This knife should be great. I really like using a petty/utility knife for many tasks around the kitchen, I find Kiritsuke-style knives work very well, and I favor light-weight knives over heavy ones. This knife is all three. The issue I have with it is that it's actually a bit too light; light enough that you have to apply a good amount of pressure to cut through many types of food despite it being quite sharp. If the blade was just a little heavier I would give it five stars, but as is I think four stars is the better rating.
