Hatono

Kenshiro Hatono is a blacksmith who apprenticed under Katsuyasu Kamo in the Takefu Knife Village in Echizen, Japan for about 5 years before making knives on his own. He is very talented and has the ability to use many modern steels. All of his knives feature very thin geometry, especially behind the edge. Hatono knives offer beautiful finish and top-notch performance.
