    This knife is Awesome

    This guy was on my radar for a bit. Finally pulled the trigger and glad that I did. I prefer lighter knives but this just feels like an extension of my hand. Definitely my new favorite, I find myself reaching for it every time, even when I'm looking for a bigger knife.

    I definitely enjoy this one and would buy again. I'm building a small collection and I try rotating the usage, but I will say this gets more work.

    Again I'm not a pro, but I sliced some Salmon. Side by side, this knife with a Enzo Hachi.

    The Hatono cut better. Definitely sharp
