Tadafusa
These Tadafusa knives feature an SLD semi-stainless steel cutting core with stainless steel cladding for a similar performance to a carbon steel knife, but with minimal maintenance. The Tadafusa Hocho Kobo series was designed by female industrial designer Fumie Shibata. The charred chestnut wood handles offer a great feel and the stainless steel bolster adds nice balance.
