Hatono SG2 210 Damascus is a beautiful blade and nice height
I prefer taller gyutos such as matsubara or Takeda, gives you more knuckle clearance, keeps produce from going up and over. And to have a beautiful Damascus pattern on an sg2 at a nice sale price from cutlery and more, it can’t be beat.
