Chinese Cleavers

The Chinese cleaver ("Chuka-Bocho" in Japanese) is a versatile rectangular style chef's knife. These knives can be used for tasks such as slicing foods extremely thin, chopping large amounts of onions, breaking down a whole chicken or even mincing garlic.
