Description

The Zwilling Pro Traditional Chef's Knife is designed for chopping, mincing, slicing and dicing. Features the same blade shape as the Zwilling Professional S 8" Chef's Knife. Zwilling Pro is designed by architect and designer Matteo Thun, offering beauty and function with a classic design. The wedge-shaped blade and half bolster allows you to cut along the entire length of the blade. The unique curved bolster supports your thumb for extra grip, comfort, control and safety. This entire collection features precision forged knives made from a single piece of Zwilling exclusive high carbon stainless steel. As a result, the knives have improved quality consistency, lasting sharpness, and perfect geometry. In addition, the steel blade goes through a special ice-hardening process called Friodur. This process changes the molecular structure of the steel improving the cutting properties providing a remarkably sharp blade and ensures a long lasting cutting edge. Each knife is hand sharpened, polished and laser controlled to assure the cutting edge is accurate along the full length of the blade. The blade is enhanced with a traditional 3-riveted resin handle. Made in Germany with a lifetime warranty.

    High Quality & Affordable

This Zwilling Pro 6” pointed Traditional Chef’s Knife is a great companion to the the Zwilling Pro 6” Chef Knife I had bought together. Fits my hand very well. The point makes fast work of chopping up a fresh head of cauliflower! Point is very controllable. Same with broccoli. Point works great on chopping up any type of peppers to remove all seeds and quickly slice up into preferred piece sizes. I seldom have a need for smaller 4” paring knife. Happy with this purchase!

    6” Chef’s knife

I purchased this knife because I find the 6” chef’s knife is easier to manipulate than the 8” when doing prep work. I find the quality to be a higher-end knife. So far I love it but have reservations regarding the large handle size.

I purchased my 1st Henckels 6" chefs knife in 1982 & it accompanied me up & down the east coast thruout my culinary career& the restaurants where I was employed....I recently purchased the Pro 6" classic chef & although I no longer work in a commercial arena, this knife definitely could...excellent balance...feels like an extension of my hand...I highly recommend this blade great value for the $...was delivered in a timely fashion...

Henckles knives are the gold standard

In a market filled with wannabes Henckels deliveries. Ya don’t see it much anymore but I use to see adds were the cheaper knock offs actually claimed their similarities to Henckels while delivering their claims of equal value. Well the common rule in business is ya can’t pay a little and get a lot or the number one indicator of quality is price. Suffice to say I love this knife and feel it’s well worth the price.
