This was a gift to sister-in-law. She already has lots of quality kitchen knives. They like cheese too. I can’t rate sharpness or ease of use, but at 60% off clearance, it was a steal for Christmas Gift. The box presents well for gift, with clear window in front. Pair it with a bottle of wine, and an invitation to baby sit so they can have a romantic evening with feeding each other cheese. I know, TMI, but it was a great gift.

I broke these out for the first time tonight. I proceeded to immediately cut myself good and have the wife yell at me for it. Cheese was sliced well.

We bought ours a year ago and are so wonderfully happy with its quality we just purchased a set for each of our three married children AND they are thrilled we did!

These are Excellent Quality, Excellent Function, Easy to Clean, and the Price is Good!
