    Extremely light and sharp

    Beautiful knife, light and razor sharp out of the box, has been my daily driver since I received it last week, replacing my Korin 9.4. I use this product for multiple hours a day and it is very easy on my hands, i have arthritis and as a professional Chef need something that is comfortable to use for hours on end. I would not recommend this knife for anything with a bone or hard root vegetables, but it makes basic prep and cleaning proteins a breeze.

    Works great,looks cheap in person

    I knew that this is a mass-produced knife but the nashiji finish in stainless caught my attention. It's pretty rough around the edges, choil, spine and edge. Needed sharpening. It's very light and cuts well, I'm taking a star off because the pictures show the handle as smooth black wood and the description says ebony, but in person it's a much lighter striped brown wood.

    The handle looks like the video not the pictures (at least on the one I received).

    On the plus side I do like the innovative shaping of the handle and of course VG 10 is easy to sharpen.
