The Takayuki Aogami Super Kurouchi Kiritsuke is suitable for cutting larger fruits, vegetables, fish, meat and more. The belly of the blade makes this the ultimate push cut master for either long or short cuts. The triangular tip area is particularly useful for detailed work. This knife features the edge curve similar to a gyuto but with the fine kiritsuke tip. Takayuki knives are handmade in Sakai, Japan with 600 years of knife making experience by skilled craftsmen. With this expanded history, the workmanship and technology that creates Takayuki knives remains unchanged. Produced by various craftsmen, lead by head blacksmith, Itsuo Doi, sets the high standard of these high quality knives.     Great knife
