Brand: Tadokoro
Sharpener: Makoto Tadokoro
Blacksmith: Satoshi Nakagawa
Origin: Tosa, Japan
Shape: "Tank" Kiri Cleaver
Please note: This ultra-premium knife does not ship with a final edge. While Tadokoro-san is meticulous about his grinding and sharpening process, he intentionally leaves the final edge off his double-bevel knives. The blade is moderately sharp out of the box due to excellent geometry, but it is up to the end user to perform the final sharpening to their own specifications for peak performance.
Due to the rarity and collectability of this knife, absolutely no returns will be accepted if the knife is used, sharpened or washed prior to returning.
