This is my first hinoki wood cutting board and I love it! It really does have a nice natural lemon scent to the wood, I've washed it about 10x and it still smells amazing. I would definitely recommend!

High end board and easy on your knives. I oiled my board with a food grade mineral oil and it has resisted staining very well. It is light weight for the size and came very flat. The packaging from CM was great and will buy more product in the future.
