Description

The Senzo Clad AUS10 Bunka Knife is suitable for cutting fruits, vegetables, fish, meat and more. The belly of the blade makes this the ultimate push cut master for either long or short cuts. The triangular tip area is particularly useful for detailed work. The Bunka translates to "culture", which is a cross between a Nakiri and Gyuto Knife.

    Beautiful & Sharp

Bought as a secondary knife, and love it. I was looking for a Bunka with a western handle, and this did not disappoint. The Brown Pakkawood handle really pops, and blade was very sharp. The K-tip is useful as well. I still recommend a Chef's knife for your primary, but this is still a great knife, plus it looks cool
