Scanpan 11" Glass Lid

Heavy style lid. Knob is large enough to grasp without touching the hot glass. First time purchasing Scanpan and was impressed with the quality?

Scan pan makes a top quality lid to match the quality of their pans. The 11” lid is hard to find at times, but Cutlery and More comes to the rescue. I probably use a lid for frying about 50% of the time at some point in the process.
