    Sneaky favorite

    This knife will make you feel many emotions. Looking at it on a website is very dull in comparison to holding it and using it in person. My first impression using it was like slicing with a hammer, in a good way. It’s the thickest knife from Japan I have ever used. But it slices so smooth and the grip is specifically made to hold a pinch grip that it’s incredibly comfortable! At home I use high carbon knives more since I have more time to care for them and this is my favorite knife to use at home now. Good food is emotion, good knives are also emotion. It doesn’t look like it feels, it’s like you’re feeling the addition of all the math at once. Get this knife! It’s incredibly underrated and under priced. P.S. as thick as it is it doesn’t wedge.
