My first time purchasing a Nigara knife. The is straight, the finish is high quality. It fits well in my hand and it is really light. I have other quality gyutos of this size and it is comparable in quality. The manufacture’s box is nice and Cutlery and More packed it well and shipped it quickly.

At first it kinda looks tacky, but it grows on you.
Very comfortable in hand. A touch light, but very easy to handle.
