Not inexpensive, but worth the investment. A welcome asset to my kitchen. Out of the box, impressive on many levels. My edge test, see video, was a clean cut to the board, leaving the paper cut into two pieces. So, I filmed the second test. Still impressive, but blame the operator, not the knife.
