This Nexus Chinese Cleaver is designed for chopping, slicing and dicing meat, cabbage, vegetables, herbs, fruit and more. The broad surface also comes in handy for scooping and transferring chopped ingredients. It's shaped like a cleaver, but not suitable for cutting through bones.     This is my first Chinese Cleaver ever

    This is very good for the price.

    I am currently exploring cooking Asian food and this Cleaver really helps with the athenticity of the cooking experience.

    Since I never used a Chinese Cleaver before I decided to take a chance on this at a "moderate" price point.

    Sure glad I did because this seems to be very good and solid at this very moderate price point. Some Chinese cleavers cost $450 and more!

    You can not beat this for the price. Sharp right out of the box and use to maintain. A few licks on a ceramic rod and you are good to go!

    Very nice

    I bought this for my boyfriend who wanted a cleaver type knife for heavier prep. We both love it. Very sharp, great handle. We love that it has a sheath and a quality one. Very nice for the price. So far I have loved everything I bought from the Nexus line!

    Nexus Chinese Cleaver

    This is a spectacular knife for those who appreciate this style. Extremely sharp right out of the box, well balanced with a little more weight, comfortable handle and just a joy to use. I got this on sale after seeing Chef Brandon mention it in his video, and it would be a steal at twice the price. Thanks Cutlery and More for such outstanding service and value.
