Messermeister Custom Indigo 6.5" Nakiri

The Messermeister Custom Indigo Nakiri Knife is a traditional Asian inspired blade, which has gained popularity for its thin blade and easy-to-use straight cutting edge. Messermeister has given the traditional shape a twist by incorporating a "Spanish point" to improve the utility in the tip. The Nakiri is a great choice for blazing through mountains of vegetables. The cambered handle design gives you maximum control and hand clearance, while the straight edge makes positive contact on the cutting board.

After 40 years of making staple lines of German knives, Messermeister went back to the drawing board to reinvent the way German knives are made. After two years of development, the result is the new Messermeister Custom line and it's a game-changer. This new knife line is a modern take on the classic triple-rivet, full-tang German design.
