Le Creuset Cast Iron 18.5" x 10" Giant Reversible Grill Pan/Griddle

I use this under broiler in electric oven and it works great. A 2" thick filet is done in under 15 minutes, big enough for meat and veggies. I have used this for beef, fish, chicken, turkey, veggies and pork. Clean-up with soap and water, and maybe a nylon brush on stuck-on pieces.

I had to return the above item, that was my fault. I have a gas oven & the griddle was too small for the cooktop. Other wise it was a great experience. I will purchase from you guys again!!!

I purchased the Le Creuset Cast Iron Grill on 4/09/15 and the enamel finish has already started flaking off in one spot. The spot is about 1/8" in diameter. I have only used it 3 times and have been very careful each time to heat it up slowly and let it cool completely before cleaning. I haven't used any metal utensils and have cleaned it exclusively with Dawn dish soap. This item was expensive compared to a plain cast iron grill and I expected to have a quality item for years; however with the onset of the finish flaking after only a little over a month, it appears that I did not get a quality item.
