The blades are made of Sandvik-12C27 stainless steel, which allows for razor sharpness, high hardness, exceptional toughness, and excellent corrosion resistance. Each knife features a "bee" at the top of the bolster. Mixed wood handles include juniper, olive, ebony, pistachio, briar, and amourette wood.
