Description

The Bob Kramer Double Cut Honing Steel is an excellent maintenance tool to be used on a regular basis between sharpening. Its purpose is to align the blade edge and increase cutting efficiency. Honing steels help maintain the edge and sharpness on your German or Japanese knives. Since this steel is for Bob Kramer knives, it can also be used for Japanese and German knives since the steel is hard enough for both types.

    I see why this has so may good reviews online

    Great product and very substantial. The handle feels a little cheap, but that's certainly not a deal-breaker. If I lost my whole knife block in a horrible knife fire, I would buy another one of these without hesitation.

    Fantastic

    I've had this for about a month now and I love it. For a basic steel it performs exactly as it should, realigning the blade. I've already noticed my blades are keeping a better edge on them.
