It is by far superior to many more expensive products, which I, unwisely ,own and it is inspiring to see that there are still artisans of this caliber that can build uncompromising quality at such an affordable price.

Good for Kitchen Use
The MIU Kitchen Shears are good to keep around. I use them to cut butchers twine, parchment paper, open cartons, and to remove excess skin from chickens beef and pork. I haven’t tried to cut the back of a chicken with them, but they might be okay. I already have poultry shears. Whit I love about these shears is that they come apart and can be cleaned to not worry about cross-contamination. And for the price, they are an excellent value.
