Great everyday workhorse

This knife has good geometry. This stainless alloy sharpens like carbon steel. Great value.

I wasn't looking for a gyuto but when I seen this one and in sale I thought I'd give it a try.

I prefer a light knife and I absolutely love this one. I'd have to say it's my new number one, not too fancy but definitely sharp. Compared it to a few others I recently purchased and I'd say it's sharper than a couple of the bigger name brands. I'm definitely going to have to add another from this maker. Can't say enough good things about C & M. Every order arrives within two days, and I had a few.

A truly beautiful knife and it certainly cuts and does well slicing. It’s not the sharpest knife you can get but it cuts smoothly thru most anything and lets you tackle heavy veggies without hesitation. It’s a great value for the forging and performance of the knife and its low maintenance. Get this knife, you’ll be happy with it
