    Very sharp and comfortable to use

    There’s a reason the Santoku is the default knife for so many Japanese households! Love the versatility and comfort of this model. I’m a big fan of octagonal handles. The slight angle of the blade makes it so you don’t need to make 100% contact for a clean cut.
