Enso Olivewood 5.9" Petty

I have a utility knife at this length and have used it for years but this was on sale so I took a chance. I'm in love with this knife. The blade is thinner so it glides through whatever I cut. Vegetables, meat, fish, whatever. The handle is nothing fancy but it is so comfortable and longer than my other utility/petty knives. I'm used to western knives but this knife is making me think about expanding my collection to asian style. Or is that an excuse to buy more knives? Here I go again!

Nimble & sharp!

This is the second Enso Olivewood I have purchased. The first was the santoku and was so pleasing I thought I'd try this petty. Did not disappoint, performs well, beautiful craftsmanship and was nicely priced.

Great knife. Very sharp and balanced. Olivewood handle is easy to grip and control.
