The blades are crafted using AUS10 Japanese stainless steel for easy re-sharpening and excellent edge retention. These knives are hardened to 60-61 HRC and will not chip easily. The handles are crafted of beautiful wood and feature a mosaic middle rivet for a touch of elegance. These knives make an impressive gift presentation and come with the acacia wood storage case.
