Enso Stainless Steel Take-Apart Kitchen Shears

I have not used them yet, they are durable for sure, taken apart, works well as a short pairing knife while the other side is still sharp at first, and then serrated. Great feel opening and closing the shears, a bit resistant, not wonky or lose, and still smooth. Also not sharp point that won't rip a carry bad.

I was a bit skeptical how a take-apart shears would be able to handle some of the rough stuff in the kitchen, but I'm happy to say these are very strong and durable and precise. Enso really delivers.
