    Hizashi 9” Slicer

    I purchased this Enzo Hizashi 9” slicer as a gift for my son and as the time of this writing it has not been put to use.

    When i gifted the slicer to my son I was concerned about his approval.

    He picked up the slicer and gave it a good look over.

    He looked at me, smiled, and said “ its a well made blade, love the blonde handle and cant wait to use it."

    The thin blade will make slicing large cuts of meats nicer than the Chef’s Knife that has been used up to now.

    This slicer will soon be put to use as good weather is right around the corner.

    Personally, I find the quality of the ENZO knives to be outstanding and I am happy with the ones I own.

    I recommend the ENZO products.

    Another fab Enso

    The Ensos have become some of my favorite knives, especially those with the combination of hammered and Damascus manufacturing. This is another fine example I love.
