    Perfect in every way

    I have small hands and this is the perfect size for me. First off the knife is beautiful and the edge is very very sharp. This is my 4th Enso knife and I've been impressed with all of them. I definitely recommend.

    Useful addition to my daily food prep

    My most used knife is a granton blade santoku and for more delicate work a longer damascus blade chef's knife. This fits nicely in between. It's not as thin as the chef's knife, but thinner than the santoku. I find it useful as a go-to knife where I could use either of the others. It's light weight but well balanced. It fits the hand nicely for a pinch grip, It arrives very sharp and so far (as expected) holds its edge. It's a nice looking knife as well.
