This knife cuts! Wasn’t expecting much because of the pricing of this knife that included the saya and just liked the look of it. When I cut thru an apple and it felt like butter I was utterly amazed. Then I took it to work and ripped thru prep like I was just thinking about it instead of doing it. This knife cuts so smooth and stays sharp thru heavy prep. The price to sharpness and edge retention ratio is by far the highest of any of my knives. I only have one knife that cuts more smoothly but it costs much more. Get this knife if you’re serious about cutting and want low maintenance and have a surprise knife to love

Got as a gift for my wifes sister, who works as a catering chef. She's over the moon about it!

Not sure if it was just me but the knife looked kind of cheap in the pictures like an import knockoff... HOWEVER this is actually a really nice knife. For the general price and what you get this is a legit purchase. This knife will inspire and motivate you as a chef to try new techniques and cooking styles. It is exactly what you need to approach cooking with a fresh perspective.
