Have used the knife almost everyday this past year. I have a lot of experience with using bad or ok knives in community kitchens and this is a whole different experience. Amazed at the beauty and how easy it is to cut all different types of vegetables. The beauty of the knife makes the experience even more fulfilling. Can't really compare this knife to other ones that are similar, but super happy with it.

Great balance and weight to my hand. Of course everyone will be different.
Very sharp edge. Wonderful construction. Built for a lifetime so I gave them
to my daughters for their families to enjoy over time.
As always, never put knives into the dishwasher. Hand wash only.
The local knife sharpener always sees knives subjected to dish washer abuse.
The handles and edges don't last long.
Wonderful packing and UPS tracked shipping. Came earlier than anticipated.
