Demeyere Atlantis 9 Piece Stainless Steel Cookware Set

I bought these six weeks ago to use on my new Induction range. They are fabulous! They heat *perfectly* evenly - no hot spots that I am able to find. They clean easily - even for burned on things. They are ergonomically friendly - the handles stay cool, they are easy to lift. I already have plans to purchase a second set for a very good friend.

I have had a fry pan from this line for a while and it is one of my favorite pieces of cookware. I bought this set based on that experience and they don't disappoint. The pan sizes are a bit larger which are just right for a family or meal prepping. I have induction and the temperature control is precise. They also clean up easy. They are heavy pans but that helps with their performance and the handles are well designed. Properly cared for, I expect these will last a lifetime and are worth every penny for the pleasure of cooking with them for years to come.
