I was tired of cheap steak knives that dulled too fast and didn’t cut steaks cleanly. These Wüsthof knives do all that and more. No, they’re not hand-forged, but they are still well made and easy to re-sharpen. Unlike my kitchen knives that I use everyday, these steak knives do the purpose for which they were intended to do. For the price, these are a fantastic bargain.
