Chef's Choice 3 Stage Black Model 15XV Electric Knife Sharpener

I've got a very precise knife-sharpening system that does a fantastic job on my hunting and pocket knives, but it is slow and takes a long time per knife. Too long for keeping all of our kitchen knives sharp. My wife has complained many times that my knives are super sharp, but her kitchen knives aren't. I recently discovered multiple raving reviews of this countertop knife sharpener on multiple review websites, and they almost all unanimously voted this as the very best countertop knife sharpener, without all the negative characteristics of most other electric sharpeners, so I decided to order it for the kitchen. So far, it has lived up to all the hype! My wife can't believe how sharp her kitchen knives are now, and it didn't take me a week's worth of work to do it.
