I wanted a cutting board for larger products, such as shredding cabbages, breaking down whole chickens, cutting-up melons, food prep for the week etc. and this is the right size for all of that. I even got the smaller (9.4x8.2) one for quick and efficient prep and clean-up for smaller products. I would definitely recommend.

This is a great cutting board. I wanted a cutting board similar to what we use in our kitchens at work and this is the right fit for me. I may consider getting a bigger one in the future this size is great for those who may not do heavy duty cooking who live in small spaces but i would definitely recommend.
