Yoshihiro Yauji

Mr. Yoshihiro Yauji of Echizen, Japan apprenticed under the famous artisan bladesmith, Master Hideo Kataoka. After 15 years of training, Yauji san began making his knives independently beginning in 2019. The entire process is done by himself -- forging, grinding, finishing and sharpening.
