Description

The Wusthof 4-stage Universal Hand-Held Knife Sharpener requires nothing but a few easy strokes to keep blades sharp. For use with any Wusthof Knife, including the new PEtec edge, as well as all other cutlery brands. Ceramic stages can also be used for serrated and scalloped knives.

    Really easy for daily sharpening..

    I have the Wüsthof electric sharpener for less frequent sharpening of all my knives, but, for a daily “tuneup” this sharpener is a great tool...

    A good edge, even without skill

    I bought this having despaired of ever having sharp knives. I have good knives, just not the skill, patience or knowledge to make them sharp. This sharpener is simple to understand and to use, so that you can put a good edge on good knives easily.
