The ABS polymer triple-riveted handle to the stainless steel tang provides excellent balance and maneuverability and is resistant to high heat and high impact for the ultimate in durability. Very Nice set for the price.
All edges are razor sharp.
We have used every day for a couple weeks and have not lost the edge yet.

Best value knife block set
Very well constructed. Sharp out of the box. Has 15 slots in the block, so your other favorite knives can be stored. Great value price.
