Staub 14" Matte Black Wok with Glass Lid

I like cast iron cookware and this one is enameled, which make it easy to clean and maintain like stainless steel ones. This wok has great quality, outlook and does excellent cooking job. Of course, it got some weight, but it has a flat bottom makes it very stable on the stove top. The big handle allows you to move and shake it a little bit while cooking, if you like. Recommend for all cast iron lovers.

My mother purchased this wok for us. Initially I was concerned about caring for the finish so I contacted Cutlery and More. The representative called me and was a great help. I am a big fan of Staub quality. This wok is beautiful and very functional.

Distributes heat evenly and quickly. Large bowl sitting on a thick circular base for stability on any surface. Ideal for stir-frying and braising. A visually beautiful addition to my Staub collection.

This was my first wok. It is absolutely great to cook with. I now use it for more than stir fry and Chinese food. Heats up quick and holds the heat and so easy to clean.
