Tojiro Reppu SG2
The Tojiro Reppu series of Japanese knives elegantly combines modern powder metallurgy with its SG2 stainless steel and a minimalist design featuring an octagonal handle made of teak wood. These knives are very thin, lightweight and extremely sharp. Tojiro's fit and finish is superb and consistent. The "kiritsuke" tips make intricate cutting easier, while giving the knife a more aggressive appearance. Handcrafted in Tsubame, Japan.
