Staub 7-quart White Truffle Round Dutch Oven

I’ve been really impressed with the Staub 7-Quart Round Dutch Oven in Sapphire Blue. The build quality is excellent—very solid and heavy without feeling unwieldy—and it clearly holds heat well. Everything I’ve cooked in it so far, from stews to braised meats, has come out evenly cooked with great flavor.

The enamel finish looks beautiful and feels durable, and the tight-fitting lid does a good job keeping moisture in while cooking. It’s the kind of pot that feels like it will last for decades with normal use.

It’s definitely an investment piece, but the performance and craftsmanship make it feel worth it. Overall, a really dependable Dutch oven that delivers consistently good results.

Great Deal on a great Dutch oven

Heavy, but excellent in cooking!

I needed a new Dutch oven. The one I had was very inexpensive and the lack of quality showed as the interior became scratched and basically disintegrating. This worried me to be cooking in it anymore. My daughter bought a Staub a couple years ago and recommended it to me because of its durability. I have only had it for a few weeks but have made soup, beef stew and sour dough bread in it and everything has turned out great. Time will tell but I feel confident it will last years if not a lifetime for me, making the price worth it. The booklet that came with it goes into great detail of how it was made and all its attributes, plus care and cleaning. The exterior color is citron and looks so beautiful on my stovetop.

This is my second Dutch oven stove makes great ones also great looking they have on your stove. Top. Five stars would buy another one in the future from Cutler and more.
