I have used many different knives in the past, but this Zwilling Pro 5.5" Rocking Santoku Knife is the best knife I have ever used. It is definitely my favorite. The size is perfect for me and I love the balance. It's extremely well made. I would recommend this knife to everyone.

You might call me a "Knife Nut"...but my LOVE for knives and my "Collection" started 65 years ago and has GROWN to include just about every size, weight and shape of Sharp Objects imaginable!! ALL I can say about my Recent Purchase from "Cutlery and More" is this just might be the very BEST EVER!! I have NEVER seen such great CARE given to "shipping" a product! I was AMOST taken aback when my package arrived! The Box was long and large. The weight alone had me wondering. I kid you not...my Zwilling Pro 5.5" Rocking Santoku Knife came in a Stunningly Gorgeous Red Box deep inside a sturdy close fitting white box, inside a pallet wrapped 3-sided heavy duty cardboard cradle that was INSIDE, yet ANOTHER Larger Super Sturdy Cardboard Shipping Container!!! These People Really CARE about the "Precious Cargo" inside! No Body or Object is going to Get Hurt along the way! Again, the Zwilling Santoku knife that was the Center of Attention and at the Core of this Intense Packaging Perfection could NOT be a FINER REPRESENTATION of German Knife Making Skill and Craftmanship!! Truly, this knife defies description! I'm not sure if I should EVEN USE this Beautiful Work of Art! Perhaps, I should just make a handsome hardwood "Display Case" and Place it on my Fireplace Mantle for ALL to SEE! (With a small sign that reads: "Don't TOUCH! However Pretty it Looks... It's DANGEROUSLY Sharp! Enjoy from a Safe Distance!")

This knife is a dream to use. The curved blade and clip point make slicing, dicing, and chopping silky smooth. The 5.5" length is long enough for just about any job in the kitchen without being unwieldy. Thinking about buying one as a gift for all of my foodie friends.
