MAC Professional 6.5" Hollow Edge Santoku Knife

Sharp and easy to manage

I sold my Shun Santoku knife and bought this one by Mac. What a difference: super sharp and stays sharp with daily honing. it makes cutting veggies great fun.

This is my first MAC Santoku. I use a MAC MTH-80 chef's knife on a regular basis and have purchased several MTH-80s in the past as gifts for friends and family who know and appreciate top notch cutlery.

This Professional Santoku is an excellent addition to the MAC line. It's razor sharp out of the box and fit and finish are excellent. It handles beautifully.

Cutlery and More service was, as usual, fast and efficient.

Coming from WÜSTHOFs, this knife feels very familiar in hand but also much more precise while cutting fine vegetables. Much much sharper and holds an edge better then a western style knife. Big fan

I bought this knife for our granddaughter who enjoys cooking and I have to say it is a beautiful knife. Fit and finish is great and I bought it on sale so the value was exceptional. I have a Wusthof 7 inch Classic which I love. I think I like the longer length but it shouldn't really matter to most folks. I amp pleased with the knife and the service from Cutlery and More is top notch!
