Purchased MAC Professional 8” MTH 80 chef knives as gifts for each of my sons who love to cook and both were sooo excited to receive! Neither had a “good” chef’s knife and after researching, this seemed it would be a good fit. The MAC MTH 80 did not disappoint. My younger son said he can’t believe how much easier prep is with this knife. It’s super sharp, well balanced and he loves the weight & feel of it in his hand. Both are very happy with their first Japanese knives. Just need to get one for myself!
