My old ceramic pot broke and I decided I was done with cookware that breaks so easily. This is durable, heats quickly and is a breeze to clean up. So far I have used it to steam veggies, and make rice. The rice came out perfect! Fluffier than my old pot and with no burnt rice on the bottom. Boiling is fast (this is noticeable after switching from ceramic). My only "complaint" is that my hard water leave mineral spots on the bottom every time I use it. Not the pot's fault of course, but a bit of an annoyance. Easy enough to clean with a quick boil of a 1:1 white vinegar/water mixture.

Very well made saucepan, great finish, lid fits well. Even heating on both electric and induction cooktops. It is a bit heavy, but it is to be excepted given the quality.
