    Well balanced knife

    I think I would have loved this knife even more if it had a burnt oak finish rather than a smoked oak finish. Overall it has a fine handle and easy to hold for the shape of this knife. It is made by a master blacksmith from Echizen village and it shows, in the balance of the knife, and the kurouchi finish. It is very sharp and able to make fine cuts.
