Shigeki Tanaka

Shigeki Tanaka is a renowned Japanese blacksmith from Miki City in the Hyogo prefecture of Japan. He trained extensively in traditional knife making at the Takefu Knife Village in Echizen, Japan, and then returned home to join his family's business. Tanaka san's knives are highly sought after by both professional chefs and knife enthusiasts.
