These are high quality splash and go made in Japan stones. Not the cheap stones from China. If you are serious about sharpening you should invest in quality.

This stone is essential in every chef's kitchen. I love the splash and go to design. It is very smooth with little grit build up. When matched with 5K stone and a strap it makes knives razor sharp.
