    This is a legit knife. Seems most people do not see the value in having multiple knives to accomplish multiple cooking styles. However this knife may very well inspire you to cook differently. The value in trying new dishes, cooking in new ways and exploring culinary techniques outside of the familiar is exactly what you need to regain that spark in life. This is the knife for you. Razor sharp out of the box and dressed to inspire a higher quality of life. This blade would be comfortable and right at home in the busiest of restaurants, able to hold its own with the best of the best.
